Marco Pierre White
Known the world over, Marco has pushed the boundaries of cuisine
for over 30 years. Today, his passion for serving up superb dishes
continues with P&O Cruises in his Celebration Night menus across
the fleet and the Ocean Grill restaurant, only on Arcadia. As patron of
The Cookery Club Marco hosts masterclasses and dinners in person
when on board Britannia.
Whether you’re a whizz in the kitchen or a complete beginner,
The Cookery Club, exclusively on board Britannia, offers a fantastic
opportunity to get hands-on in our state-of-the-art kitchen. You’ll
be guided through recipes by our talented team of friendly chefs, or
possibly by the patron himself, and you'll get to taste your delicious
creations at the end of each session.

Olly Smith
Award-winning wine expert and passionate foodie, Olly, heads up
The Glass House restaurant and bar. On specially selected cruises,
he’ll join you on board to offer tasting masterclasses, book signings
and Q&A sessions.
The Glass House is the perfect spot for light bites, lunchtime tipples
and relaxed evening meals. Enjoy a little of what you fancy with the
perfect wine, picked for you by Olly Smith himself.

Local Food Heroes
Local leading chefs José Pizarro, Kjartan Skjelde and Shivi Ramoutar
are set to showcase incredible experiences on selected Arvia and Iona
holidays. José will complement Mediterranean sailings and holidays to
Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands with sunny dishes inspired by
the region; Kjartan brings the flavours of the fjords to Iona in Norway,
while queen of contemporary Caribbean cooking, Shivi will liven up the
menu with a tropical twist on fresh island cuisine on Arvia's Caribbean
holidays. With recipes as exciting and colourful as the fresh and vibrant
ingredients themselves, your taste buds are in for a treat.
