          dishes created by a James Beard Foundation
          affiliated chef who has sailed with us before.

          Our onboard chefs will often integrate fresh
          ingredients, spices, and flavors picked up in
          port during their trip to the local market.

                         Peter Tobler, Windstar’s Director of Food & Beverage Operations, put his 30+ years of hospitality, travel, and cruise
                         experience to work curating Windstar’s wine list, with a goal of including a variety of profile preferences, price points, and
                         regions. The robust menu features nearly 100 wines from 46 regions and 10 countries, including selections from places
                         such as Argentina and Australia.
