Now guests can dine on dishes created by not just one celebrity chef, but by a list of all-stars recognized

by the James Beard Foundation, an organization committed to celebrating, nurturing and honoring chefs
and other leaders making America’s food culture more delicious, diverse and sustainable for everyone. This
partnership also extends beyond the dining room to a wide range of culinary events and activities that help
guests connect more intimately with local cultures.

The James Beard Foundation nominates and chooses winners of the James Beard Awards, referred to as

the “Oscars” of the restaurant industry. As the Official Cruise Line of the James Beard Foundation, we’re
able to work with some of the best chefs to create the extraordinary dishes on our nightly menu and in our
culinary demos. Nearly three dozen chefs have sailed with us on our culinary-themed cruises.
