La Fabuleuse Cantine
La Fabuleuse Cantine is a place that captures the
essence of Saint-Étienne, in one of the city’s must-
see locations. It’s worth taking a detour to this res-
taurant : situated in the heart of the creative dis-
trict, its walls once housed a room that was part of
the Munitions Factory of Saint-Étienne, and that is
now the Design City. It’s a building that is taking on
new life and a unique backdrop in which to enjoy
a meal that will also take you off the beaten track.
Salvaged from food waste, the ingredients cooked
here are transformed, given new life and beauti-
fully set off by a creative style of cooking which,
