                                          specialities such as Ravioli, Pogne de Romans brioche, Olive Oil from Nyon, Picodon cheese, truffles or lavender. In Valence,
                                          stop at the restaurant owned by Anne-Sophie Pic, a chef of international renown with three Michelin stars, to discover her
                                          super-creative culinary skills.

                                           If you’re feeling really brave, have a go at the Pas dans le Vide : you’ll be put in a 2.5m-long glass cage, suspended above

                                           a sheer drop of 1000m. To make your visit last a little longer, take the Mont-Blanc Tramway, the highest rack and pinion train
                                           in France. For those who love a bit of altitude, head to the massif central and the iconic chain of volcanoes known as Les
                                           Puys, a UNESCO world heritage site. In the south of the region, the Pont d’Arc is the spectacular emblem of the ravines of the
                                           Ardèche ; this specially protected natural space houses the Chauvet grotto, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2014 that is
